随着我国综合国力的提升,人们越来越重视食品安全问题。气相色谱质谱联用技术是用于食品安全检测分析的重要手段。本文从气相色谱质谱联用概述和原理分析入手,阐述了气相色谱质谱联用在食品检验中的重要性,并重点介绍了气相色谱质谱联用于食品检验中的效果。
With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,people pay more and more attention to food safety.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is an important method for food safety analysis.This paper begins with an overview and principle analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,then explains the importance of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in food inspection,and finally focuses on the effect of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in food inspection.
