摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对于食物的追求逐步从美味转向健康,因此现代化烹饪工艺不仅要契合人们的饮食习惯,还要对此不断深入探究,力求以科学营养的方式进行烹饪。本文对烹饪工艺和营养之间的关系进行探究并得出有效的烹饪工艺方式,以保障食物的营养功效。
With the rapid development of China's economy,people's pursuit of food has gradually changed from delicious to healthy.Therefore,modern cooking technology should not only fit people's eating habits,but also have continuous indepth exploration,and strive to cook in a scientific and nutritious way.In this paper,the relationship between cooking technology and nutrition is explored,and effective cooking technology is obtained to ensure the nutritional efficacy of food.
