快速检测技术在基层食品安全监督管理中的应用探讨

Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision and Management

近年来,食品安全快速检测技术被广泛应用于食品安全监管。但由于快检技术本身存在一定缺陷及监管人员专业性不强、认识不足等因素,该技术在基层食品安全监管过程中发挥的作用不够明显,推广应用不及预期。鉴于此,本文针对食品快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的具体应用和存在的问题等方面进行剖析,并提出优化建议,以期为今后快速检测技术在基层食品安全监管中充分发挥作用提供参考。

Food safety rapid detection technology has been widely used in food safety supervision in recent years.However,due to the influence of some factors,the application of the technology in the grass-roots food safety supervision is not good enough.So,this paper first analyzes the technology and its specific application in food safety supervision,then analyzes the current problems,and puts forward suggestions.It is expected to provide a reference for the future application of the rapid detection technology in the grass-roots food safety supervision.
