摘要
饲料行业与多个行业的发展有着密不可分的关系,饲料企业的用户遍布全球各地,且较为分散,因此对于物流供应链提出更高的要求。目前饲料企业物流供应链存在着诸多问题,无法将服务延伸至用户,制约了企业的进一步发展。本文分析了饲料企业物流供应链的现状及存在的问题,介绍了饲料产品的特点及传统物流模式,研究了服务延伸至用户的物流供应链构建,以期为促进饲料企业物流的健康发展提供一些参考。
The feed industry has an inseparable relationship with the development of multiple industries,and feed enterprises have users all over the world,which puts forward higher requirements for logistics supply chain.At present,there are many problems in the logistics supply chain of feed enterprises,which restrict the further development of enterprises.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of logistics supply chain of feed enterprises were analyzed,the characteristics of feed logistics supply chain and traditional logistics mode were introduced,and the construction of logistics supply chain with service extending to users was studied,so as to provide some references for promoting the healthy development of logistics of feed enterprises.
