摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定昆明市售乳扇、乳饼中12种元素的含量。以浓硝酸为消解液,经石墨消解仪前处理后,采用ICP-MS同时检测12种元素,内标法定量。12种元素在0~100μg/L浓度范围内有较好的线性关系(r值均大于0.999),加标回收率范围为90.90%~104.90%,质控样测定结果均符合证书要求。乳扇、乳饼样品中6种有益元素含量较为丰富,检出含量依次为Ca>Mg>Zn>Fe>Mn、Cu;乳扇中Al的检出含量偏高,Cr、As、Pb、Cd微量检出,Hg为未检出。乳饼中Cr、As、Pb、Al、Hg均微量检出,Cd为未检出。本实验方法具有快速便捷,准确度好、检出限低等特点,适用于乳扇、乳饼中多种元素的同时测定,为乳扇、乳饼的食品营养价值及污染评估提供依据。
To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 elements of dairy fan and dairy cake in Kunming by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Using concentrated nitric acid as digestion solution,after pretreatment by graphite digestion in-strument,12 elements were simultaneously detected by ICP-MS and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~100μg/L(r>0.999).The recovery rate of standard addition was 90.90%-104.90%.The contents of 6 beneficial elements in dairy fan and dairy cake are relatively rich,and the detection contents were Ca>Mg>Zn>Fe>Mn and Cu;in dairy fan samples,the detection content of Al was higher,Cr、As、Pb and Cd were detected in a small amount,Hg weas not detected.in dairy cake samples,Cr、As、Pb、Al and Hg were detected in a small amount,Cd was not detected.The method is rapid,convenient,accurate and low detection limit.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in dairy fan and dairy cake,and provides the basis for food nutritional value and pollution assessment of dairy fan and dairy cake.
