介绍了非调质汽车发动机曲轴用钢38MnS6的产品特性及使用要求,并根据产品技术特性及加工使用要求设计了38MnS6的内控化学成分,同时结合相关要求制定了有效的冶炼和轧制生产工艺,对通过设计工艺生产的轧制圆钢产品的低倍组织、非金属夹杂物、奥氏体晶粒度、带状组织等质量性能指标进行了综合检验评测,产品各项性能指标优良,所有指标全部满足客户技术要求,产品发客户后通过了客户的入厂检验和加工检测认证,产品质量完全满足客户使用要求,且性能良好,取得客户的供方资质认证。

Product characteristics and application requirements of the non-quenched and tempered crankshaft steel 38 MnS6 was introduced in this thesis.And according to these characteristics and requirements,chemical composition for internal control was designed and appropriate smelting and rolling process was schemed.After production,the quality and performance indexes of rolled round products such as macrostructure,non-metallic inclusions,austenite grain size and banded structure were inspected and evaluated.The performance indicators of the product are excellent,which satisfies the customer’s technical requirements.Products sent to the customer were accepted by entrance detection and approved by processing tests.Their quality meets the application requirements and the performance is good.Thus,we were approved by the customer as qualified supplier.
