中国大陆非结核分枝杆菌病的流行现状及面临的临床问题

The prevalence status and key issues of nontuberculous mycobacterial disease in China's Mainland

近年来非结核分枝杆菌病的发病率持续上升,引起医疗工作者高度重视。为提高我国非结核分枝杆菌病的诊治水平,现对中国大陆非结核分枝杆菌病的流行现状、非结核分枝杆菌种类多样性和致病性、地域差异性、感染途径和发病危险因素等关键问题进行阐述。

With the increase of nontuberculous mycobacterial diseases,medical workers have been paying more and more attention to this disease in recent years.In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of nontuberculous mycobacterial diseases in China,the prevalence of the disease,the diversity of non-tuberculous Mycobacteria types and pathogenicity,regional differences,infection routes,and risk factors for disease and other key issues are summarized in this paper.
