透明质酸联合咀嚼肌功能训练对老年颞下颌骨关节炎的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Hyaluronic Acid Combined with Masticatory Muscle Function Training on Senile Temporomandibular Arthritis

目的评价透明质酸联合咀嚼肌功能训练对老年颞下颌骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法选择沈阳市口腔医院2019年3月2020年1月收治的经影像学检查确诊的老年颞下颌骨关节炎疾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取咀嚼肌功能训练,观察组采取咀嚼肌功能训练+透明质酸治疗。比较2组老年颞下颁骨关节炎患者不同时期的疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、最大开口度(maximum mouth opening,MMO)、关节杂音(joint noise,JN)。结果随着时间的推移,两组治疗结束、复诊3个月、复诊6个月时VAS、MMO和JN均获得持续改善,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗结束、复诊3个月、复诊6个月时,组间VAS、MMO和JN差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比较单纯咀嚼肌功能训练相比,透明质酸与其联合治疗老年颞下颌骨关节炎,可以促进症状、体征的进一步改善,而且患者对治疗效果满意。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid combined with masticatory muscle function training on senile temporomandibular arthritis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with temporomandibular arthritis diagnosed by imaging in Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with masticatory muscle function training,and the observation group was treated with masticatory muscle function training combined with hyaluronic acid.The visual analysis scale(VAS),maximum mouth opening(MMO),joint noise(JN)were compared between the two groups.Results With the passage of time,VAS,MMO and JN were continuously improved at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months of followup in the two groups compared with before treatment,(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS,MMO and JN between the two groups at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple masticatory muscle function training,hyaluronic acid combined with masticatory muscle function training can further improve the symptoms and signs in the treatment of senile temporomandibular arthritis,and the patients are satisfied with the treatment effect.
