竹荪蛋多酚提取工艺及抗氧化活性 被引量:2

The Extraction Technology and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenol from Embryo of Dictyophora indusiata

摘要 以湖州市竹林下竹荪蛋为试验原料,使用超声提取技术,探讨乙醇浓度、超声时间、萃取温度对竹荪蛋多酚得率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计法和响应面分析法优化了竹荪蛋多酚的提取最佳工艺。响应面试验结果表明,竹荪蛋多酚的最佳萃取条件为:超声时间45.4 min,乙醇浓度64.9%,超声萃取温度62.3℃,此条件下的多酚得率为5.71 mg·g^(-1)。体外抗氧化试验表明,当竹荪蛋多酚的浓度达0.8 mg·mL^(-1)时,其对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)、羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率分别为85.73%、77.47%、77.26%,说明其具有一定的抗氧化作用。 The effects of optimal alcohol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction quantity of polyphenols from embryo of Dictyophora indusiata in Huzhou city were investigated,and the extraction technology was optimized by single-factor experiments and response surface analysis using the ultrasonic method as the index of polyphenol extraction rate.The antioxidant activity of embryo of D.indusiata was also studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were found that the optimal alcohol concentration,ultrasound time and ultrasound temperature were 64.9%,45.4 min and 62.3℃respectively.Under these conditionsthe largest extraction quantity of polyphenols could reach 5.71 mg·g^(-1).The DPPH·radical scavenging ratio,superoxide anion and·OH radicals of the polyphenol extracts reached 85.73%,77.47%and 77.26%,respectively.When the extract concentration was 0.8 mg·mL^(-1),which shows that it has a certain antioxidant capacity.
