On the Industrial Layout Optimization and City Carrying Capacity Enhancement of Guiyang during the“14th Five-Year Plan”Period

推动高质量发展已经成为新时代我国经济工作的使命。“十四五”时期,贵阳市应该以新发展理念推动改革、创新,转变发展方式,调整产业布局、优化产业结构,改善营商环境,提升城市综合承载力和城市经济社会治理能力,实现“强省会”战略及城市高质量发展目标。

It has become the mission of China’s economic work in the new era to promote high-quality development.This paper believes that in the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the city of Guiyang should promote reform and innovation with the new development concept,transform the development mode,adjust the industrial layout,optimize the industrial structure,improve the business environment,and enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city and urban economic and social governance ability,so as to achieve the goal of“strengthening provincial capitals”strategy and the goal of high-quality development of the city.
