Future Prospects of the Development Path of China’s Agricultural and Rural Modernization——A historical analysis based on Marxist theory of eastern rural development

探寻马克思主义东方农村发展理论的历史脉络,结合中国农业农村发展的历史源流和现实要求,发掘马克思及列宁相关论述对中国农村农业战略发展的理论指导意义。中国农村农业的现代发展,一方面继续发挥农村土地集体所有制和家庭联产承包责任制的积极功能;一方面传承中华农业文明思想资源的深厚积淀。国家政策和法律体系实现有效防控资本对农民过度剥夺和农村生态环境的破坏。在现代社会发展中,发挥农民家庭生产单位的主体功能,彰显国有经济、集体经济和信息技术在助力农村农业发展中的优越性,因地制宜提高农业生产效率,构建更加均衡的国内供给和需求体系。在进一步推动中国农业农村新型劳动共同体的构建进程中,中国农产品与世界各国市场特别是周边国家的农产品市场实现深度的互通与融合。

This paper is to explore the historical development of Marxist eastern rural development theories,and to study the significance of the theoretical guidance of Marx’s and Lenin’s relevant theses on the strategic development of China’s agricultural sector in the light of the historical origin and realistic requirements of China’s agricultural and rural development.The modernization of China’s agriculture and countryside should not put aside the positive functions of the collective ownership of rural land and the household contract responsibility system,or the profound accumulation of ideological resources of Chinese agricultural civilization.The state policy and legal system should guard against the excessive capital deprivation of farmers and damage to the rural ecological environment.This paper proposes to encourage the subjective function of the rural household as a production unit,highlight the advantages of the state-owned economy,collective economy and information technology in helping rural agricultural development,improve agricultural production efficiency according to local conditions,and build a more balanced domestic supply and demand system.In the process of the construction of a new-type labor community in China’s agricultural sector,the agricultural products should have a deep connection and integration with the markets of other countries,especially those of neighboring countries.
