乡村振兴背景下齐鲁民间手工艺非遗现状调查与发展对策

The Investigation and Development of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Shandong Folk Handicrafts in the Context of Rural Vitalization

随着《中国传统工艺振兴计划》以及《乡村振兴战略规划(2018—2022年)》的提出,挖掘乡村资源实现乡村振兴成为当下乡村发展的重要内容,民间手工艺非遗作为乡村生活和乡民智慧的结晶可为乡村发展提供精神激励和文化滋养,其独特的文化特质是乡村文化振兴的重要资源优势,值此背景下通过对当前齐鲁民间手工艺非遗的现状调研,全面分析其存在的发展失衡、创新不足、培养机制缺失等现实问题,深入研究手工艺非遗在乡村振兴中的价值意义以及实践创新方法显得尤为重要,并结合乡村振兴提出了政府带动、传承人主动、民众参与和推动的发展对策与格局,希冀对齐鲁民间手工艺的发展及乡村文化振兴起到一定的促进作用。

Since the Plan on Revitalizing China’s Traditional Crafts and the Rural Vitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)were proposed,tapping rural resources to achieve rural vitalization has become an important part of the rural development.As the fruits of rural life and folk wisdom,the intangible cultural heritage of folk handicrafts can provide spiritual incentive and cultural nourishment for rural development.Its unique cultural characteristics are an important dominant resource of rural cultural vitalization.In the context of rural vitalization and based on the investigation of Shandong intangible cultural heritage of folk handicrafts,the article makes a comprehensive analysis of the development imbalance,lack of innovation,lack of training mechanism and other practical problems.It is,therefore,particularly important to delve into the value significance and the innovative methods in practice of intangible cultural heritage of folk handicrafts in rural vitalization.Combined with rural vitalization,the article puts forward the development measures and patterns driven by the government,initiated by inheritors,participated and promoted by the public.It is hoped that the article can play a certain role in promoting the development of Shandong folk handicrafts and the revitalization of rural culture.
