摘要
家蚕丝素蛋白是一种天然的高分子,具有生物相容性、可降解性和可塑性,在医药学领域有巨大应用前景。以丝素蛋白为材料构建的微载体药物递送系统能够有效运输药物至疾病部位,控制药物的释放行为,提高药物的治疗效率。本文介绍了药物载体递送系统概况,对丝素蛋白的结构、性能,丝素蛋白微载体药物递送系统形式,所装载药物分类及其在动物水平上的疾病治疗研究进行阐述,并对丝素蛋白微载体的现存问题和发展前景进行分析,为进一步开发丝素蛋白药物递送系统提供参考依据。
Bombyx mori silk fibroin is a kind of natural macromolecule.Due to its excellent biocompatibility,degradability and plasticity,silk fibroin has been a promising material in the biomedical area.Micro drug-carrier system based on silk fibroin is capable of delivering drug to lesion,controlling its release and finally improving the treatment efficiency.This paper summarized the research progress of micro drug-carrier system based on silk fibroin.Then the structure and quality of silk fibroin will be addressed.Furthermore,the different styles of drug carrier of silk fibroin were described.And the classification of the loaded drugs by silk fibroin drug carrier and their therapeutic applications based on animal experiments were also stated.Finally,the existing problems and development prospects of silk fibroin microcarriers were analyzed.This paper is anticipated to provide good references for designing and fabricating excellent silk fibroin drug delivery system.
