摘要
服务经济引发了职业变迁,职业发展的新态势对高等职业教育提出了新的要求与挑战。“以服务发展为宗旨,以促进就业为导向”的高等职业教育人才培养模式应该主动适应职业变迁需求。在职业变迁视角下,从职业结构、职业能力和职业评价三个维度深入分析了职业变迁新态势,探讨了服务经济时代基于职业发展需求的高等职业教育人才培养新挑战,提出了满足服务经济时代职业发展需求的高等职业教育人才培养新路径。
The service economy causes career changes,and it is a big challenge for the higher vocational education to meet the new trends of career changes.The talents cultivation mode of higher vocational education which is aiming at the servicing development and promoting the employment-oriented should adapt to the demand of career changes actively.This paper analyzes the new trends of career changes from three dimensions,which conclude career structure,career ability,and career evaluation,and discusses the new challenge that the demand of career development to the talents cultivation of higher vocational education.Finally,some new solutions and paths are provided for making the talents cultivation of higher vocational education adapting the demand of career development in service economy.
