摘要
通过马来酸酐与双酚A型环氧树脂共聚,制备了含有C=C不饱和双键的聚酯(A组分),通过添加含有二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的B组分,制备了高强度聚氨酯胶粘剂。用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)考察了聚酯的结构,同时研究了催化剂种类、反应温度和催化剂浓度对聚合反应的影响。研究结果表明:催化剂为四正丁基溴化铵,且w(四正丁基溴化铵)=1%(相对于总质量而言),温度120℃,n(A组分)∶n(B组分)=0.9∶1时,粘接强度较好。
Polyester(component A)containing C=C unsaturated double bond was prepared by copolymerizing maleic anhydride with bisphenol A epoxy resin. High strength polyurethane adhesive was then prepared by adding component B containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI). The structure of polyester was investigated by Fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR). At the same time,the effects of catalyst type,reaction temperature and catalyst concentration on the polymerization reaction were studied as well.The research results showed that when the catalyst was tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide,and w(tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide)=1%(relative to the total mass),the temperature was 120 ℃,and n(component A)∶n(component B)=0.9∶1,the bonding strength was relatively good.
