聚合及加氢工艺对双环戊二烯石油树脂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对双环戊二烯石油树脂的聚合及加氢工艺进行了研究,考察了工艺条件对基础树脂性能以及加氢反应效率的影响,并优化加氢工艺条件,得到了性能优异的高软化点双环戊二烯加氢石油树脂。研究结果表明:提高聚合反应温度,所得聚合基础树脂溶解性增强,有利于加氢反应进行;而延长聚合反应时间,所得基础树脂聚合度提高,难以加氢。通过优化加氢工艺条件,有效促进加氢反应,分别制备得到软化点为105、125和130℃的三种加氢树脂。经表观性能分析和配胶性能评价,所得三种加氢树脂样品的各项性能指标均达到甚至优于进口产品。 The polymerization and hydrogenation process of dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin were studied.The effects of process conditions on the properties of basic resin and hydrogenation reaction efficiency were investigated,and the hydrogenation process conditions were optimized to obtain the high softening point dicyclopentadiene hydrogenated petroleum resin with excellent properties. The research results showed that with the increase of polymerization temperature,the solubility of the obtained polymer basic resin was enhanced,which was beneficial to the hydrogenation reaction. Prolonging the polymerization time,the polymerization degree of the obtained basic resin was improved,which was difficult to hydrogenate. Three kinds of hydrogenated resins with softening points of 105,125 and 130 ℃ were prepared by optimizing the hydrogenation process conditions and effectively promoting the hydrogenation reaction. Through the analysis of apparent properties and the evaluation of compounding properties,the performance indexes of three hydrogenated resin samples reached or were even better than those of the imported products.
