超低能耗建筑舒适性影响因素的敏感性研究

摘要 被动式超低能耗建筑旨在通过被动式技术和主动式技术相结合,最大程度地降低建筑的供暖制冷需求,同时提供舒适的室内环境。针对此,有效的运行调控应该根据室内舒适性的敏感性因素来进行,从而实现满足其舒适性的节能减排。寒冷地区是超低能耗建筑发展的重要区域,以该地区某示范项目为研究对象,基于监测数据对舒适性PMV指标的环境因素和人为因素进行敏感性分析,并得到对应的拟合关系。结果表明,影响因素的敏感性由高到低分别为服装热阻、空气温度、新陈代谢率、相对湿度。基于此,以服装热阻和空气温度为例,比较影响因素敏感性大小对室内舒适性评价的复合作用效果,从而为超低能耗建筑的运行调控提供参考。 By combining passive and active techniques,the passive ultra-low-energy building aims to minimize the heating and cooling requirements of the building and provide the comfortable indoor environment at the same time.Specifically,efficient operation and control strategies should be proposed based on the sensitive factors of indoor comfort.Cold region is an important area of passive buildings development.Taking a passive demonstration project in the cold region as the case study,the sensitivity analysis of environmental and human influencing factors of Predicted Mean Vote(PMV)was given.Results show that influencing factors can be ranked as clothing thermal resistance,indoor temperature,metabolic rate and relative humidity,according to their sensitivity values from high to low.On this basis,the functions of sensitivity values on indoor comfort were compared,in order to provide a reference for the optimal operation of ultra-low-energy buildings in this region.
