摘要 面对我国绿色建筑高质量发展的需求,在对比GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》和GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》条文的基础上,强调绿色建筑检测对绿色建筑发展的助推作用,明确绿色建筑检测行业应做好检测技术支撑工作。绿色建筑检测机构应顺应新时代要求接受新挑战,进一步扩充绿色建筑强制检测参数,提高绿色建筑检测要求,健全绿色建筑实效性能检测技术体系,补充绿色建筑全过程效果数据,突出绿色建筑以人为本的高品质绿色性能,完善绿色建筑在运营与设计环节的良性反馈机制,有效助推我国绿色建筑高效化规模化发展。 Faced with the demand for high-quality of green buildings in China,this thesis,based on the comparison of the Assessment Standard for Green Building Version-2019 and Version-2014,is aimed to emphasize the boosting effect of the testing industry of green buildings on developing green buildings,and to clarify that the testing industry of green buildings should offer technical support.The green building testing institutions should comply with the request of the new time and accept new challenges,further expand green buildings’testing parameters and improve the testing requirements of green buildings.In addition,they should also improve the technical testing system for effective performances of green buildings,supplement the whole-process effect data of green buildings,highlight the people-oriented and high-quality performance of green buildings and perfect the positive feedback mechanism of operation and design,which can effectively promote large-scale development of green buildings in China.
