沈阳市水源热泵热源井高压水射流工艺清洗及养护项目研究

Cleaning and Maintenance Project of High Pressure Water Jet Technology for Heat Source Well of Water Source Heat Pump in Shenyang

地源热泵是一项利用清洁可再生能源的技术。沈阳市从1998年就开始自发地应用地源热泵技术进行建筑物的供热或制冷,最早完成的项目已运行达10年以上。根据巡查和使用单位反馈情况看,热源井在清洗、管理及维护方面出现的问题已严重地影响到水源热泵技术在沈阳市的推广及应用。对比传统水井清洗及养护工艺、高压水射流清洗工艺,提高了热源井的使用、维护水平,以便进一步推进水源热泵技术在沈阳市的大力推广和使用。

Ground source heat pump is a technology that uses clean and renewable energy.Since 1998,Shenyang has spontaneously applied ground source heat pump technology for heating or cooling of buildings.The earliest completed projects have been in operation for more than ten years.According to the feedback of inspection and use units,the problems in cleaning,management and maintenance of heat source wells have seriously affected the popularization and application of water source heat pump technology in Shenyang.Compared with the traditional water well cleaning and maintenance technology,the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology improves the use and maintenance level of heat source wells,so as to further promote the popularization and use of water source heat pump technology in Shenyang.
