摘要
社会工作作为助人自助、自助助人的学科,是一个应用性和实践性非常强的专业,在时代需求、价值内涵以及工作领域特点等方面与工匠精神具有耦合性。社会工作者也是工匠,也有工匠精神,即“追根究底”的系统求证精神、“蛛网艺术”的资源链接精神、专业进取的实务创新精神、精益求精的项目评估精神和严谨坚守的伦理道德精神,进而提出从中国优秀传统文化中探索社会工作的本土化、强化社会工作者的时效观念和信息处理能力、高校教育和“学徒”式实务督导关系四方面来促进工匠精神在社会工作者中的培养。社会工作者作为社会工作服务改变媒介系统的重要力量,提升项目服务质量、推动本土理论模式的创新以及推动自身和专业学科的发展都需要工匠精神的融入。
Social work emphasizes helping others help themselves.It is a professional with strong applicability and practicality.It is coupled with the spirit of craftsmen in terms of the needs of the times,value connotation,and characteristics of the work field.As an important force for social work services to change the media system,social workers need to integrate the spirit of craftsmen to improve the quality of project services,promote the innovation of local theoretical models,and promote the development of themselves and professional disciplines.In this paper,through both interpretation of the spirit and social workers,trying to analysis the social workers to the cultivation of the spirit path,based on this,the author first is the connotation of the spirit to give explanation,and then from the era demand value connotation and work characteristics on social work with the spirit of the craftsman has the coupling to the analysis of the two common,proving that social workers is also a craftsman,also has the spirit,namely an inquiring system verification spirit web art resources link professional and enterprising spirit of innovation practice Strives for perfection the spirit of project evaluation and rigorous stick to ethical spirit,and then the author puts forward from Chinese excellent traditional culture to explore the localization of social work to strengthen the social worker limitation of ideas and information processing ability education in colleges and universities and the apprenticeship practice.
