高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设研究--以M省为例

思想政治理论课教师是先进思想文化的传播者,是共产党执政的坚定支持者,是大学生成长的指导者和引路人,必须加强高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设。通过统计研究发现,当前高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设存在着数量不足、职称与学历结构失衡、学术骨干和学术带头人缺乏等问题。因此,需要从落实政策要求、提升薪酬待遇、完善评价体系等方面出发,构建党和人民满意的高素质专业化教师队伍。

The teachers of ideological and political theory course are the communicators of advanced ideology and culture,the firm supporters of the Communist Party in power and the guides and guides for the growth of college students.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.Through statistical research,it is found that there are s ome problems in the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities,such as the shortage of quantity,the imbalance of teachers’professional title and academic structure,the lack of academic backbone and academic leaders.Therefore,it is necessary to build a contingent of highly qualified and specialized teachers satisfied with the Party and the people from the aspects of implementing policy requirements,improving salary and treatment,and perfecting evaluation system.
