“以学生学习为中心”视域下高校教师教学能力提升路径研究

Research on the Ways to Improve the Teaching Ability of University Teachers from the Perspective of“Student Learning as the Center”

“以学生学习为中心”视域下高校教师教学能力提升是教育者需要攻克的一项重要课题。目前高校教学中存在着教学理念传统、教学方式固化、教材内容枯燥等突出难题。解决上述难题,需要从三个路径着手对高校教师进行能力提升锻造:第一,确定学生学习深层目标,注重学生创新思维能力培养;第二,选择合适评价方式,强化过程考核,给予学生更多改善机会;第三,改变教学方式,在教学中善于创造问题情境,凸显学生主体地位,提升学生的职业胜任力和适应力。

From the perspective of“student learning as the center”,the improvement of college teachers'teaching ability is an important topic that educators need to tackle.At present,there are outstanding problems such as traditional teaching concepts,solidified teaching methods,and boring teaching materials in college teaching.To solve the above problems,it is necessary to start with three paths to improve the ability of college teachers:first,determine the deep learning goals of students,and focus on the cultivation of students'innovative thinking ability;second,select appropriate evaluation methods,strengthen process assessment,and give students more improve opportunities;third,change teaching methods,be good at creating problem situations in teaching,highlight the dominant position of students,and enhance students'professional competence and adaptability.
