Simultaneous Determination of Six Constituents in Shenrong Tonic Wine by HPLC

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定参茸补酒中芍药苷内酯、芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、二苯乙烯苷、甘草酸的含量。方法:采用Inert Sustain Swift C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,检测波长230、250、310 nm。结果:芍药苷内酯、芍药苷、阿魏酸、甘草苷、二苯乙烯苷、甘草酸分别在0.0132~0.6578、0.0304~1.5216、0.0016~0.0822、0.0104~0.5200、0.0057~0.2866、0.0147~0.7326μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率分别为103.02%﹑102.63%﹑101.60%、100.27%、97.84%、102.62%,RSD分别为0.62%﹑0.54%﹑0.78%、0.94%、1.04%、0.47%。结论:该方法简便准确、重复性好,可用于参茸补酒的质量控制。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,liquiritin,stilbene glycoside and glycyrrhizic acid in Shenrong tonic wine.Methods:The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Inert Sustain Swift C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230,250,310nm.Results:Albiflorin,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,liquiritin,stilbene glycoside and glycyrrhizic acid showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.0132-0.6578,0.0304-1.5216,0.0016-0.0822,0.0104-0.5200,0.0057-0.2866,0.0147-0.7326μg(r=1.0000),whose average recoveries were 103.02%,102.63%,101.60%,100.27%,97.84%,102.62%with the RSD of 0.62%,0.54%,0.78%,0.94%,1.04%,0.47%,respectively.Conclusion:This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Shenrong tonic wine.
