摘要
目的:探讨壳聚糖妇科凝胶在宫颈锥切术后患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年12月至2020年12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的行宫颈椎切术患者70例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用壳聚糖妇科凝胶治疗,两组均观察至术后8周。比较两组临床疗效、康复效果(创面愈合、阴道流血及阴道流液时间)、血常规[白细胞计数(WBC)]、C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合、阴道流血及阴道流液时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组WBC、CRP相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组WBC、CRP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壳聚糖妇科凝胶能够缩短宫颈锥切术后患者阴道流血及流液时间,提高机体免疫力,改善炎症反应,促进创面愈合。
Objective:To explore the application value of chitosan gynecological gel in patients after cervical conization.Methods:Seventy patients who underwent cervical vertebral resection in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with chitosan gynecological gel.Both groups were observed until 8 weeks after surgery.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation effect[wound healing,vaginal bleeding and vaginal fluid time],blood routine[white blood cell count(WBC)],C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the wound healing,vaginal bleeding and vaginal fluid time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in WBC and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the WBC and CRP of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chitosan gynecological gel can shorten the vaginal bleeding and fluid time of patients after cervical conization,improve immunity,improve inflammation,and promote wound healing.
