复方玄驹胶囊联合坦索罗辛对治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者疗效及症状改善的影响

Effect of Fufang Xuanju Capsules Combined with Tamsulosin on the Treatment of TypeⅢProstatitis and the Improvement of Symptoms

目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2019年12月九江市第一人民医院收治的82例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组给予坦索罗辛,观察组加用复方玄驹胶囊,连续用药30 d。对比两组临床疗效、症状改善状况、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(CPSI)量表内疼痛与不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗30 d后的疼痛与不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、总分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合坦索罗辛在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中作用明显,可有效缓解患者临床症状,且无严重不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Fufang Xuanju capsules in patients with typeⅢprostatitis.Methods:A total of 82 patients with typeⅢprostatitis admitted to Jiujiang First People's Hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(41 cases)and an observation group(41 cases)according to a random number table.The control group was given tamsulosin,and the observation group was added with Fufang Xuanju capsules,continuous medication for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the pain and discomfort,urination symptoms,quality of life,and total score in the chronic prostatitis symptom score(CPSI)scale of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 30 days of treatment,the pain and discomfort,urination symptoms,quality of life,and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the two groups had similar adverse reactions,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Fufang Xuanju capsules combined with tamsulosin has obvious effects in patients with typeⅢprostatitis,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients without serious adverse reactions,and is worthy of popularization and application.
