摘要
钢壳沉管自密实混凝土浇筑是钢壳沉管隧道预制成功与否的重要质量控制点之一,在结构设计、浇筑设备及工艺参数等确定前提下,验证钢壳沉管自密实混凝土各环节指标性能是否满足设计要求至关重要。通过现场工艺试验验证表明,钢壳沉管自密实混凝土配合比在生产、运输及整个浇筑过程中,性能指标满足生产要求。
Steel shell immersed tube self-compacting concrete pouring is one of the important quality control points of steel shell immersed tube tunnel prefabrication success or not.Under the premise of structural design,pouring equipment and process parameters,it is very important to verify whether the index performance of steel shell immersed tube self-compacting concrete meets the design requirements.The field test shows that the performance index of steel shell immersed tube self-compacting concrete can meet the production requirements in the process of production,transportation and whole pouring.
