摘要
BIM技术对于实现建筑全生命周期管理,提高建筑行业设计、施工、运维的科学技术水平,促进建筑业全面信息化和现代化,具有重要的价值和推广前景。基于BIM技术的住宅造楼机研发贯穿于整个研发设计过程,包括基于BIM技术的装配式设计、数控加工、装配式施工、数据孪生式健康监测,将复杂的空间设计及方案实施进行有效简化,提升了整个项目精细化管理水平。
BIM Technology has important value and promotion prospect for realizing the whole life cycle management of construction,improving the scientific and technological level of design,construction,operation and maintenance of construction industry,and promoting the informatization and modernization of construction industry.The research and development of residential building machine based on BIM technology runs through the whole research and development,design process,including prefabricated design,CNC machining,prefabricated construction,data twin health monitoring,which effectively simplifies the complex space design and scheme implementation,and improves the fine management level of the whole project.
