Socket Connection Technology and Application of Prefabricated Pier Column and Pile Cap

预制墩柱与承台的承插连接不同于灌浆套筒连接,在预制桥墩技术中具有良好的推广应用价值。从试验及理论研究、工程应用3个方面总结国内外取得的承插连接成果,然后阐述预制墩柱截面构造、承插连接接头构造及工艺,分析研究和应用中存在的问题,并对今后研究重点和工程应用提出建议。

The socket connection between prefabricated pier column and pile cap is different from grouted sleeve coupler connection,and it has good application value in prefabricated bridge pier technology.The achievements of socket connection at home and abroad are reviewed from the aspects of experiment,theoretical research and engineering application in this paper.The section structure of prefabricated piers,the structure and technology of socket joints are summarized.The problems in the research and application are analyzed,and the suggestions of future research focuses and engineering applications are presented.
