摘要
提出了一种用于装配式轻钢框架-组合墙结构的角钢边框带肋格复合围护墙板,角钢起约束作用且便于打孔与轻钢框架装配,混凝土墙板由钢丝网混凝土薄板面层和正交配筋混凝土肋格构成,肋格间可填充粉煤灰砌块、聚苯颗粒轻质混凝土等,混凝土薄板外可复合石墨聚苯板、尾矿微晶发泡板等。该墙板具有轻质、保温、隔声、耐火等优点。该墙板的混凝土采用再生混凝土,有利于建筑垃圾资源化。介绍了该墙板的设计细节、制作方法及装配工艺。
This paper presents a composite enclosure wall panel with angle-steel frame and grid ribs for fabricated light-steel frame composite wall structure. The angle-steel plays a restraining role and is easy to be drilled and assembled with light-steel frame. The concrete wall panel is composed of steel mesh thin concrete panel as the surface layer and orthogonal reinforced concrete ribs. The fly ash blocks, polyphenylene particle lightweight concrete, etc can be filled among the ribs, and the concrete panel can be attached recycled graphite polystyrene plates, tailings microcrystalline foam plates, etc. The wall panel has the advantages of light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation and fire resistance. Recycled concrete is used in the wall panel, which is conducive to the recycling of construction waste. This paper introduces the design details, manufacturing method and assembly process of the wall panel.
