Quality control measures on construction for mass concrete of radiation protection in a hospital

在医院特殊功能部位防辐射大体积混凝土工程中,对裂缝的控制要求非常严格,因此在施工过程中需采取有效的质量控制措施。本文结合某医院放疗楼特殊防辐射大体积混凝土工程实例,从配合比设计、原材料控制、钢筋绑扎、施工缝处理、混凝土浇筑、混凝土养护等方面,提出了施工质量控制措施,以期为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴与参考。

The demands on crack control are very strict in mass concrete of radiation protection in hospital’s special function districts, which requires effective quality control measures in the construction process.Based on the example of a special project on mass concrete of radiation protection in the radiotherapy building of a hospital, a series of construction quality control measures is proposed in such aspects as mixture ratio design, raw material control, reinforcement binding, construction joint treatment, concrete pouring, concrete curing, etc.,hoping to provide references for future construction of similar projects.
