DiGeorge综合征合并幼年特发性关节炎1例并文献复习

摘要 DiGeorge综合征(DiGeorge syndrome,DGS)即先天性无胸腺或发育不全,属于原发性细胞免疫缺陷病。由于胚胎期第三、第四咽囊发育障碍,导致胸腺和甲状旁腺发育不全或缺如从而引起先天性异常。该综合征不同表型间存在较大差异,同一家系基因型相同的情况下个体表型的严重程度可不同[1-2],少数可合并或以自身免疫性疾病为突出表现,如关节炎,此时容易误诊、漏诊。
