地方高校应用型人才培养供给侧改革的路径研究

地方高校应用型人才培养在经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,需要进一步加强供给侧改革。经济社会发展新形势下地方高校应用型人才培养需要以“产业变革、市场需求”为导向,调整学科专业结构,科学谋划人才发展;以“依托学科、面向应用”为引领,推进课程体系改革,提高人才供给质量;凸显产学研合作与创新实践能力,持续教学过程改革,激发人才供给活力;多措并举打造双师型教师队伍,为人才培养保驾护航,夯实人才供给基础;因地制宜建立生产型实训实践基地,形成政校企合作三位一体供给格局。

The cultivation of applied talents in local universities plays an important role in the economic and social development,therefore it is necessary to further strengthen the talent supply-side reform.Under the new situation of economic and social development,the cultivation of applied talents in local universities needs to be guided by"industrial reform"and"market demand",adjust the structure of disciplines and majors,and plan the development of talents scientifically;it needs to promote the reform of curriculum system and improve the quality of talent supply under the guidance of"relying on disciplines and facing applications";it needs to highlight the ability of industry-university-research cooperation and innovative practice,continue the reform of teaching process,and stimulate the vitality of talent supply;it needs to take various measures to build a team of double qualified teachers to protect the talent cultivation and lay a solid foundation for talent supply;it needs to adjust measures according to local conditions,build production-oriented training practice bases,and form the trinity supply pattern of government-school-enterprise cooperation.
