摘要
高校教师教学情感是教师对教学工作是否满足自己的需要而具有的态度体验,它主要表现为事业感、师爱感、敬业感与责任感,通过声音表情、面部表情与体态表情等予以呈现。教师教学情感有利于活跃课堂气氛、激发学习兴趣、促进认知发展、提高教学效果。但目前高校的一些教师存在着重知识传授、轻情感熏陶,积极情感少、消极情感多,情感波动大、调控力度弱,情感表达差、传递不到位等现象,影响了其作用的发挥。培育教师教学情感,要遵循自然适度、协调一致、整体配合的原则,通过强化事业情感、提高情感修养、培养爱生情感、挖掘教材情感、加强情感沟通、营造情感氛围等措施落到实处。
University teachers’ teaching emotion is the attitudinal experience of teachers on whether the teaching work meets their own needs. It is mainly manifested as the sense of career, teachers’ love, dedication and responsibility, which can take forms of voice, facial expression and posture. Teacher teaching emotion can enliven classroom atmosphere, stimulate learning interest, promote cognitive development, and improve education effect. However, currently there are some deficiencies in expressing teachers’ teaching emotion, for example, putting too much emphasis on imparting knowledge but belittling edification, having more negative emotions than positive emotions, frequent emotional fluctuation, weak control of emotion, poor expression and delivering of emotion, which affect its function. To cultivate teachers’ teaching emotion, we must follow the principles of moderation, coordination and overall cooperation, and implement measures such as strengthening career emotion, improving emotional cultivation, developing love for students, exploring emotions in teaching materials, strengthening emotional communication, and creating an emotional atmosphere,
