浅谈新时代大学生核心竞争力的培育和提升

当前,科技革命和产业变革加速演进,国家大力实施创新驱动发展战略,对国内高等教育人才培养提出了更高的要求。在新时代的背景下,大学生必须具备核心竞争力,才能更好地适应国际国内深层次变革的需求,才能使中国在未来世界的竞争和发展中立于不败之地。结合国内外研究成果,新时代大学生核心竞争力可以从创新能力、专业能力、持续学习能力和道德推理能力等四个方面加以概括。大学生核心竞争力整体不高有其主客观影响因素。必须探索新时代大学生核心竞争力的培育和提升路径,为中国经济社会的发展提供更高层次的人才储备和更强大的发展动能。

At present, with the accelerated technological revolution and industrial transformation, China is vigorously implementing the innovation-driven development strategy, which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of domestic higher education talents. In the context of the new era, Chinese college students must have the core competitiveness to better adapt to the needs of deep-seated changes at home and abroad, and ensure China’ success in the future world competition and development. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the core competitiveness of college students in the new era mainly involves four aspects: innovation ability, professional ability, continuous learning ability and moral reasoning ability. In view of the current situation that the core competitiveness of college students is not strong enough as a whole, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors. Finally, this paper explores the cultivation and promotion path of the core competitiveness of college students in the new era, aiming to provide a higher level of talent reserve and stronger development momentum for China’s economic and social development.
