还原型谷胱甘肽联合金水宝治疗急性肾损伤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Reduced Glutathione combined with Jinshuibao in the Treatment of Acute Renal Injury

目的分析观察还原型谷胱甘肽与金水宝共同配合在急性肾损伤(AKI)治疗过程当中起到的作用。方法将62例AKI患者随机分为两组:对照组31例予常规综合治疗,治疗组31例在常规综合治疗的基础上予静脉滴注还原型谷胱甘肽联合口服金水宝胶囊。两组均以21 d为1个疗程。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组的少尿型AKI少尿期及多尿期持续时间、血清肌酐恢复时间显著缩短(P<0.01),血清肌酐显著降低(P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率显著升高(P<0.05)。疗程结束时,治疗组血清胱抑素、尿β2-微球蛋白、尿N-乙酰基-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),晨尿比重较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.55%、74.19%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合金水宝能缩短AKI病程,对AKI疗效确切。

Objective To analyze and observe the role of reduced glutathione combined with Jinshuibao in the treatment of acute renal injury(AKI).Methods A total of 62 patients with AKI were randomly divided into two groups:31 cases in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive treatment,and 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with intravenous drip of reduced glutathione combined with oral Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment.Both groups were treated with 21 days as a course of treatment.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the duration of oliguria and polyuria and the recovery time of serum creatinine in the treatment group were significantly shorter(P<0.01),serum creatinine was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the clearance rate of endogenous creatinine was significantly higher(P<0.05).At the end of the course of treatment,serum cystatin and urine in the treatment groupβ2-microglobulin,urinary N-acetyl-β-Dglucosaminidase was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the proportion of morning urine was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.55%and 74.19%respectively,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with Jinshuibao can shorten the course of AKI and has definite curative effect on AKI.
