延续性护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用进展

Application Progress of Continuous Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia

精神分裂症的病程漫长、迁延,患者急性期症状得到控制出院后需在家庭接受长时间的康复治疗。由于出院后居家康复阶段缺乏专业人员的监督和指导,其服药依从性往往较差,易导致精神分裂症再次急性发作。因此,做好精神分裂症患者出院后居家康复阶段的护理工作十分必要。延续性护理作为将院内护理服务延伸至院外的护理模式,常被用于慢性病患者出院后的居家康复阶段,在精神分裂症患者中应用取得良好的效果。本文主要针对延续性护理的概念、精神分裂症患者延续性护理内容、延续性护理用于精神分裂症患者中的效果进行阐述,以期为今后延续性护理模式用于精神分裂症提供指导意见。

The course of schizophrenia is long and protracted.After the patients'acute symptoms are controlled,they will be discharged from the hospital.They need to receive long-term rehabilitation treatment at home.Due to the lack of supervision and guidance of professional personnel at home rehabilitation stage after discharge,their medication compliance is often poor,which is likely to lead to another acute attack of schizophrenia.Therefore,we should do a good job in the care of schizophrenia patients at home rehabilitation stage after discharge.It is necessary to manage the work.As a kind of nursing mode that extends the in-hospital nursing service to the out of hospital,continuous nursing is often used in the stage of home-based rehabilitation of patients with chronic diseases after discharge,and has achieved good results in the application of schizophrenic patients.This paper mainly focuses on the concept of continuous nursing,the content of continuous nursing for schizophrenic patients,and the effect of continuous nursing in schizophrenic patients,in order to provide guidance for the future use of continuous nursing mode in schizophrenia.
