目测法行新生儿桡动脉采血效果的观察

Observation on the Effect of Neonatal Radial Artery Blood Collection by Visual Method

目的观察目测法行新生儿桡动脉采血效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月期间在我院接受住院治疗的120例新生儿作为本次研究对象。利用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(60例,传统新生儿桡动脉采血)与观察组(60例,目测法新生儿桡动脉采血)。对两组穿刺情况、采血情况、家属采血满意情况进行观察比较。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率93.33%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);观察组采血时间[(3.28±0.51)min]短于对照组[(5.26±1.21)min],新生儿采血依从性评分[(9.33±0.64)分]高于对照组[(8.01±1.24)分](P<0.05);观察组家属采血满意度91.67%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。结论新生儿桡动脉采血中,目测法利于一次穿刺成功率提高,采血时间缩短,新生儿采血依从性提升,新生儿家属采血满意度提高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of neonatal radial artery blood collection by visual method.Methods One hundred and twenty newborns hospitalized in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into control group(60 cases,traditional neonatal radial artery blood collection)and observation group(60 cases,visual neonatal radial artery blood collection).The puncture situation,blood collection situation and family members'satisfaction with blood collection were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of puncture in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood collection time of the observation group[(3.28±0.51)min]was shorter than that in the control group[(5.26±1.21)min],neonatal blood collection compliance score[(9.33±0.64)]was higher than that in the control group[(8.01±1.24)points](P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In neonatal radial artery blood collection,visual method is conducive to improve the success rate of one-time puncture,shorten the blood collection time,improve the compliance of neonatal blood collection,and improve the satisfaction of neonatal family members,which is worthy of promotion.
