摘要
目的分析探究放射诊断鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤的效果。方法将2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的94例肝血管肿瘤患者视为研究主体对象,所有患者均实行磁共振成像(MRI)和CT增强影像进行诊断鉴别,并且于病理学诊断结果相对比评估放射诊断鉴别良恶性肿瘤的效果。结果①本次94例患者中,经放射诊断确诊为肝血管良性肿瘤共计79例、恶性肿瘤共计15例;并且与病理学诊断结果相对比发现,有3例恶性肿瘤被误诊为良性肿瘤,其放射诊断敏感度为100.00%、准确度为96.81%、特异度为83.33%。②良性肿瘤最大标准摄取值与恶性肿瘤间差异明显,两组数据具有统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。结论肝血管良恶性肿瘤实行放射诊断鉴别的效果显著,能明显提高良恶性肿瘤诊断鉴别的准确性。
Objective To analyze the effect of radiodiagnosis in differentiating benign and malignant tumors of liver and blood vessels.Methods Ninety-four patients with hepatic vascular tumors treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were regarded as the main subjects of the study.All patients were diagnosed and distinguished by MRI and CT enhanced imaging,and the effect of radiation diagnosis in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors was compared with the results of pathological diagnosis.Results(1)Among the 94 patients,79 were diagnosed as benign tumors of liver and blood vessels and 15 were malignant tumors by radiodiagnosis,and compared with pathological diagnosis,3 cases were misdiagnosed as benign tumors.The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of radiodiagnosis were 100.00%,96.81%and 83.33%,respectively.(2)The maximum standard uptake value of benign tumors was significantly different from that of malignant tumors,and the two groups of data had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiographic diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of liver and blood vessels is effective and can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant tumors.
