自拟清肺化痰方对支气管哮喘痰瘀互结证患者的中医证候积分及肺功能的影响

Effect of Qingfei Huatan Prescription on TCM Syndrome Score and Lung Function of Bronchial Asthma Patients with Phlegm-stasis Syndrome

目的探讨自拟清肺化痰方对支气管哮喘痰瘀互结证患者的中医证候积分及肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省辽阳县中心医院呼吸消化肿瘤内科就诊的80例支气管哮喘痰瘀互结证患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例患者给予西医常规治疗,试验组40例患者在对照组治疗的基础上给以自拟清肺化痰方治疗。通过中医症候评分和症状分级、肺功能对两组患者的临床效果进行判断。结果试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟清肺化痰方能显著降低呼吸道炎症和过敏程度,并能改善气管哮喘痰瘀互结证患者的肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of qingfei huatan recipe on TCM syndrome integral and lung function of bronchial asthma with mixed phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with bronchial asthma with phlegm and blood stasis syndromes in the department of respiratory and digestive oncology,Liaoyang County Central Hospital,Liaoning Province were selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups,40 patients in the control group were given Western medicine for conventional treatment,40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made qingfei huatan decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were judged by TCM syndrome score,symptom grading,and lung function.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed qingfei huatan prescription can significantly reduce the degree of respiratory tract inflammation and allergy,improve the pulmonary function of patients with cough variant asthma,and improve the curative effect of cough variant asthma.
