系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用效果

Effects of Systematic Health Education in the Care of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的采用系统健康教育模式对慢性支气管炎患者加强护理干预,分析其临床成效。方法选取2019年1~7月前来本院就诊的慢性支气管炎患者,在自愿参与试验调查的基础上选取98例患者作为调研对象。随机进行分组,每组49例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用系统健康教育护理措施,比较临床治疗效果。结果观察组的护理依从性高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(9.60±2.70)d,对照组则为(13.30±3.50)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为97.96%,明显优于对照组的89.80%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的健康知识知晓评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用系统健康教育模式能够更好的治疗慢性支气管炎患者,帮助患者提升生活质量,促进疾病早日转归。

Objective To strengthen nursing intervention in patients with chronic bronchitis by using systematic health education model and analyze its clinical effect.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic bronchitis who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected on the basis of voluntary participation in the experimental investigation.They were randomly divided into groups with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were treated with systematic health education and nursing measures.Compare clinical treatment effects.Results The nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was(9.60±2.70)days and that in the control group was(13.30±3.50)days.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.96%,which was significantly better than 89.80%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge awareness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education model can better treat patients with chronic bronchitis,help patients improve their quality of life and promote the early prognosis of the disease.
