综合护理对前列腺切除术后患者情绪变化、膀胱痉挛及护理满意度的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Mood Changes,Bladder Spasm and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients after Prostatectomy

目的对前列腺切除术后患者实施综合护理干预后的情绪变化、膀胱痉挛及护理满意度展开分析。方法选择我院2018年11月至2019年12月60例行前列腺切除术的患者,随机数字法分组,对照组30例(常规护理),研究组30例(综合护理)。对比两种护理模式下患者的情绪、膀胱痉挛、护理满意度。结果研究组中患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组;研究组中排尿困难的概率为2例(6.67%),膀胱痉挛的概率为1例(3.33%),均低于对照组[9例(30.00%)、8例(26.67%)];护理后研究组中患者对护理过程的满意度评分高于对照组,两种研究方案的差异较大,P<0.05。结论对前列腺切除术后患者实施综合护理干预后能够有效降低术后排尿困难以及膀胱痉挛的发生率,同时能够提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the mood changes,bladder spasm and nursing satisfaction of patients after prostatectomy after comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods Sixty patients who underwent prostatectomy in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups.30 cases in the control group(routine care)and 30 cases in the study group(comprehensive care)were selected.Compare the patient's mood,bladder spasm,and nursing satisfaction under the two nursing modes.Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the probability of dysuria in the study group was 2 cases(6.67%),and the probability of bladder spasm was 1 cases(3.33%),both lower than the control group[9 cases(30.00%),8 cases(26.67%)];the satisfaction scores of patients in the post-nursing study group on the nursing process were higher than those in the control group,and there was a big difference between the two study programs,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after prostatectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative dysuria and bladder spasm,and can improve nursing satisfaction.
