早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死患者护理中的价值

Value of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死患者护理中的价值。方法选择我院2018年12月至2020年12月老年脑梗死患者共100例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加早期康复护理。比较两组住院时间、治疗前后患者的存活质量、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)]、生活自理能力。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,治疗后患者的存活质量评分、FMA评分、生活自理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理对于脑梗死患者的治疗效果确切,有利于改善患者肢体活动功能和提高生活自理水平,促进患者存活质量的改善。

Objective To analyze the value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The hospitalization time,quality of life score,FMA score and self-care ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the quality of life score,FMA score and self-care ability score of the patients after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for cerebral infarction treatment effect is exact,is conducive to improve the limb activity function of patients and improve the level of self-care,promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
