老年心力衰竭患者运用舒适护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Comfortable Nursing in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure

目的了解老年心力衰竭患者运用舒适护理的临床效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年12月的60例老年心力衰竭患者,随机分组,每组30例。给予标准住院护理组患者标准护理,给予舒适护理模式组患者舒适护理模式。比较效果。结果舒适护理模式组满意度、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、生活质量评分、纠正心力衰竭的时间以及住院的时间、并发症发生率均优于标准住院护理组,P<0.05。结论为老年心力衰竭患者实施舒适护理模式效果确切,其应用可有效减轻患者的心理压力,改善预后,有利于缩短住院时间和减少并发症的发生,患者的护理满意度较高。

Objective To understand the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods Sixty elderly patients with heart failure in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into standard hospitalization nursing group and comfort nursing model group.Compare the results.Results The comfort nursing model group's satisfaction,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Hamilton Depression Scale score,quality of life score,time to correct heart failure,length of hospital stay,and complication rate were better than those in the standard hospitalization nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comfort nursing mode is effective for elderly patients with heart failure.It's application can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of patients,improve the prognosis of patients,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote patients to obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
