探讨连续护理对急性心肌梗死患者出院后生活质量的影响

To Explore the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Quality of life in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Discharge

目的对急性心肌梗死患者实施连续护理模式,对患者出院后生活质量的影响进行探讨。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月期间94例急性心肌梗死患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用连续护理模式,对两组护理效果进行对比。结果出院后2 d、4周、12周,对两组饮食、用药、锻炼及日常生活依从率进行对比,同一时间段观察组各指标依从率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;出院后,对两组患者生活质量各指标评分进行对比,观察组躯体功能、躯体疼痛、躯体角色、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康、生命力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),总评分方面,观察组为(80.27±10.41)分,明显高于对照组的(66.09±13.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将延续护理服务用于急性心肌梗死患者护理中,出院后患者依从性较高,生活质量改善明显,值得推广应用。

Objective Continuous nursing mode was applied to patients with acute myocardial infarction,and the impact of patients'quality of life after discharge was discussed.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction were enrolled between October 2017 and October 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing mode,and the observation group used continuous nursing mode.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 d,4 weeks and 12 weeks after discharge,the dietary,medication,exercise and daily life compliance rates of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;After discharge,the scores of life quality indicators were compared.The scores of physical function,physical pain,physical role,social function,emotional role,mental health and vitality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group total score was(80.27±10.41)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.09±13.84)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuation nursing service is used in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.After discharge,the patient has higher compliance and the quality of life is improved.It is worthy of popularization and application.
