妇产科围手术期护理中采用快速康复外科理念的价值研究

Study on the Value of Adopting the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in the Perioperative Nursing of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的评价快速康复外科理念于妇产科围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法抽选2019年1月至2019年12月期间于本院妇产科接受手术治疗的80例患者,回顾分析其资料,以患者围手术期中采取的不同护理模式为分组依据,将其分为采用围手术期常规护理的对照组与基于快速康复外科理念开展围手术期护理的研究组,每组40例。组间对比进食恢复时间、术后肛门排气排便功能恢复时间、下床时间、住院时间、术后VAS疼痛评分、并发症发生率。结果研究组的进食恢复时间、术后肛门排气排便功能恢复时间、下床时间、住院时间均比对照组短,术后VAS疼痛评分比对照组低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为5.00%,比对照组的22.50%低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于妇产科患者的围手术期护理,可以加快其康复速度,减轻其痛苦,减少并发症发生,其临床价值十分显著。

Objective To evaluate the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,80 patients who received surgical treatment in the department of gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital were selected,and their data were reviewed and analyzed.Based on the different nursing modes adopted by the patients during the perioperative period,they were divided into the control group adopting routine nursing during the perioperative period and the research group carrying out perioperative nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,with 40 cases in each group.The recovery time of eating,the recovery time of anal exhaust and defecation function,the time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization,the VAS pain score and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The recovery time of eating,anal exhaust and defecation function,time of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,lower than that in the control group(22.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of obstetrics and gynecology patients can speed up their rehabilitation,reduce their pain and complications,and its clinical value is very significant.
