病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的护理

Nursing of Viral Meningitis Complicated with Symptomatic Epilepsy

目的分析病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的有效护理措施。方法将2018年3月至2019年5月到我院进行治疗的60例病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者纳入研究对象,按随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。治疗同时分别为两组患者配合优质护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),并比较效果。结果①相比于对照组(22例,占73.33%),观察组(28例,占93.33%)的治疗有效率明显更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②相比于对照组(12例,占40.00%),观察组(4例,占13.33%)的用药不良反应发生率明显更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者护理中,能进一步提升临床治疗的疗效,减少治疗的不良反应,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the effective nursing measures for viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy.Methods Sixty patients with viral meningitis and symptomatic epilepsy who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.At the same time,the two groups of patients were treated with high-quality nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group),and the effects were compared.Results(1)Compared with the control group(22 cases,accounting for 73.33%),the observation group(28 cases,accounting for 93.33%)had a significantly higher treatment efficiency,with statistical differences(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group(12 cases,40.00%),the observation group(4 cases,13.33%),the incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of high-quality nursing care,in the nursing of patients with viral meningitis complicated with symptomatic epilepsy,the curative effect of clinical treatment can be further improved,and the adverse effects of treatment can be reduced.It is worth recommending.
