产前检查及护理干预在孕产妇健康管理中的重要意义

Significance of Prenatal Examination and Nursing Intervention in Maternal Health Management

目的分析常见检查及护理干预在孕产妇健康管理过程中应用的重要作用与意义。方法选择2019年3月至2020年2月期间在我院接受健康管理的孕产妇220例,将产前检查及护理干预作为健康管理方法的110例孕产妇作为观察组,将产前检查联合常规护理作为健康管理方法的110例孕产妇作为对照组,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组产妇妊娠高血压、糖尿病、胆汁淤积、先兆早产等妊娠期合并症发生率均明显低于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。观察组产妇与对照组产妇分娩方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后出血、下肢麻木、产褥期感染、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、新生儿黄疸发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将产前检查及护理干预作为孕产妇健康管理方式不仅可以减少妊娠期合并症的出现,而且可改善孕产妇的分娩方式和母婴结局,提高自然分娩率和新生儿的质量。

Objective To analyze the important role and significance of common examinations and nursing interventions in the process of maternal health management.Methods Select 220 pregnant women who received health management in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020.Among them,110 pregnant women who used prenatal examination and nursing intervention as health management methods were selected as the observation group,and the prenatal examinations 110 pregnant and lying-in women combined with routine care as a health management method were used as a control group,and the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pregnancy-induced complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension,diabetes,cholestasis,and threatened premature delivery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the way of delivery between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,lower limb numbness,puerperal infection,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,and neonatal jaundice in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal examination and nursing intervention as a method of maternal health management can not only reduce the occurrence of complications during pregnancy,but also improve the delivery methods and maternal and infant outcomes of pregnant women,and increase the natural delivery rate and the quality of newborns.
