摘要
近年来,我国乡村教师职后培训项目越办越多,但却呈现诸多异化现象,主要表现为三个层面:培训参与者目的的异化、培训实施过程的异化和培训功能的异化。克服异化现象,乡村教师职后培训应回归到乡村教育发展的现实场域中来,回归到乡村教师培训自身发展的逻辑上来,回归到乡村教师专业发展的实际问题上来。
In recent years,there are more and more post-service training programs for rural teachers in China,but there are many dissimilation phenomena.After analysis,we find that the alienation is mainly manifested in three levels:the alienation of the training institution,the alienation of the training implementation and the alienation of the training function.To overcome the alienation,rural teacher post-service training should return to the realistic field of rural education development,return to the logic of rural teacher training's own development,and return to the practical problems of rural teacher professional development.
