The university library and archives are the information gathering place and knowledge reserve center.Under the traditional media environment,the two mainly rely on paper resources to provide lending services.In the Internet era,facing the new media environment and readers’new reading habits,if they want to continue to play their role as the information fortress in universities,the digitization of collection resources is the common trend and choice of the two public service departments.
