基于“合和”思想的中药学专业人才培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and practice of talents training mode of Chinese Pharmacy based on the concept of“Unity and Harmony”

"合和"思想是中医药学术思想的宝贵精华,是两千余年来指导中药学发展的理论基石。浙江中医药大学以"合和"思想为指导,遵循中药学学科发展规律,发挥浙江道地中药资源优势,围绕不仅具有深厚扎实的中药学基础知识,而且具有传承创新意识和能力的高素质中药学专业人才的培养目标,通过经典核心课程与研究前沿课程"合和"、多维度模块化实践教学体系的构建、思政教育在培养全过程的贯穿、校内校外"双导师制"的实行及"12363"教育质量保障体系的建立等系列举措,构建了具有鲜明特色的基于"合和"思想的中药学人才培养模式。此培养模式将专业教育与学科建设相结合,建立了人才培养与专业学科建设互促的典范,并通过实践取得了显著成效,为中药学专业人才培养模式提供了新范式。

"Unity and Harmony",the academic essence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),is the theoretical cornerstone guiding the development of Chinese pharmacy for more than two thousand years.Based on"Unity and Harmony"and the development rules of Chinese Pharmacy,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University aims at the goal of cultivating high-quality Chinese Pharmacy professionals who not only equip with solid basic knowledge of Chinese Pharmacy but also have the ability of inheritance and innovation by taking the advantages of resources of Chinese medicinals in Zhejiang province.We develop a featured training mode for Chinese Pharmacy talents guided by"Unity and Harmony"via the following measures:combining core classics courses with frontier research courses,constructing multi-dimensional modularized practice teaching system,integrating ideological-political elements into courses throughout the entire teaching process,adopting"double-tutorial system"on and off campus,and implementing"12363"teaching quality system.This training mode combines professional education with discipline construction,establishes a mode of mutual promotion between talent cultivation and specialty discipline construction,and has achieved remarkable results through practice,which provides a new paradigm for talent cultivation mode of Chinese Pharmacy.
